Our Bespoke Database
In 2005, we embarked on a project to design and construct a bespoke database specifically tailored to capture, manage, implement and control all our core activities. This system is constantly being upgraded and grown to improve the data collation, reporting methods, stock control and workload information required by us, and our clients.
TMS offers this database to give all our customers a one stop, online, secure and comprehensive information system, ensuring transparency, real time data availability, job tracking and reporting portal.
Key, nominated Customer personnel will be fully trained on this system, with their own secure log in, and this facility greatly removes the need for multiple phone calls, emails etc.

TMS Mobile App
To complement our bespoke Database, we also constructed a mobile App that is used by every Engineer, Driver and Workshop Operative; to receive all works requests and to capture all job specifics (parts used, issues noted, pictures taken, managers signature and feedback etc.). This data is then sent in real time, straight back into the Database on completion, resulting in instant POD’s and no lag or delay in obtaining full job details on the Database system.
The App also allows for all emergency job requests to be sent directly to the nearest or most suitable Engineer or Driver, with the full job details.
Our App also completely removes all paper from our job processing and also removes any risk of handwriting legibility or water damage to worksheets etc.
